A momentous year for health care is still unfolding. Following the first installment of our Health Next in March, we return this October with part two, as health policy moves from rhetoric to regulation.

Since the spring, campaign promises have sharpened into policy proposals, new agency leaders have begun implementing sweeping changes, and global health developments are reshaping the definitions of patient access and care.

As we enter the final stretch of 2025, The Hill will once again convene the top voices in health care, government and the private sector to assess Medicaid and Medicare reform, women's health, mental health, and the most promising advances in AI and healthcare technology in clinical care.

Join The Hill for the second installment of the Health Next Summit as we explore what’s next in health.

Where is it racing ahead and where is it falling behind? How will the Pentagon’s bureaucratic rules for buying weapons and other equipment be transformed?
